Three hundred thousand firecrackers resounded loudly, marking the group's 30th anniversary and honoring its journey of struggle and achievement.On this special day, former senior leaders and colleagues who once fought side by side have returned to the Hongda family, and a simple yet meaningful retirement symposium has warmly commenced, marking a tender opening of a modest yet profound gathering for retired employees.
The 30th Anniversary Celebration embodies Hongda's grand yet low-key and pragmatic ethos. It eschews grand displays, avoids large-scale parties, and refrains from elaborate ceremonial procedures. Instead, it opts for a heartfelt and meaningful "Retirement Senior Staff Symposium" to honor the passage of time and commemorate Hongda Group's 30th anniversary. The core of the meeting is to invite the veteran builders to "return home," reconnect with familiar surroundings, meet old friends, reminisce about past friendships, reflect on original aspirations, and plan for future hopes. Amid casual conversations, they will look back on their journey and jointly celebrate Hongda's 30th anniversary, marking a significant milestone. Retired veterans, company executives, business pillars, and representatives of young employees gathered at the venue. New and old members of Hongda came together to participate in this time-honored event spanning thirty years. Looking back thirty years ago, the three brothers of the Hongda Zhang family, unwilling to remain trapped in poverty and content with their current situation, dared to fight against fate. With great enthusiasm, they started from scratch in Dong, Wufeng Songzhuang Village, embarking on the entrepreneurial journey of Hongda. Over the past 30 years, Hongda Group has evolved from a modest small workshop. Generation after generation of Hongda people have cut through obstacles and ventured forward with determination. After three decades of dedicated efforts, the group now operates three major facilities covering over 350 acres, with more than 500 employees. Its business spans pressure vessel manufacturing, industrial equipment installation, and environmental engineering design and construction. It has grown into a comprehensive private enterprise with an annual output value approaching 1 billion yuan, evolving into a diversified private group with an annual revenue nearing 1 billion yuan. This hard-won achievement is inseparable from the steadfast commitment and responsibility of the three founders, and even more so from the dedication of the older generation of Hongda people, who sacrificed their youth and worked diligently in silence. In those glorious years, the older generation of distinguished individuals worked diligently and endured countless hardships to lay a solid foundation for the company's development. This memory of their struggles will always be cherished by the enterprise and deeply appreciated by future generations.
The symposium officially commenced, with General Manager Qin Chao presiding over the meeting. After collectively viewing historical old photos, the Group's General Manager, Zhang Deliyi, shared stories about the company's entrepreneurial journey with everyone. Looking back on thirty years of journeys through wind and rain, memories flooded his mind. At the beginning of his speech, General Manager Zhang could not hide his excitement and became choked up several times. Retired senior leaders and long-time colleagues from the Group Headquarters, the Environmental Protection Division, and the Installation Division eagerly rose to share their thoughts openly. Some veteran colleagues recalled the arduous experiences of their early years, when they engaged in business, rushed to complete projects, and tackled production challenges, recounting the unforgettable moments of fighting side by side; Looking at the modernized appearance of the factory premises today, some people sincerely express their admiration for the company's extraordinary development and transformation; Some senior colleagues, drawing on their personal experiences and industry expertise, have put forward practical and pertinent suggestions for the group's future management operations and talent development. After the veteran comrades delivered their speeches, Wang Yulin, representing senior management of the company and serving as the General Manager of the Installation Division, provided a detailed introduction to the veteran leaders and predecessors present about the company's current operational status and business progress, based on the actual development of the business sectors. He is sincerely grateful for the solid business foundation laid by the older generation. It was the predecessors who, in those days, expanded markets and overcame difficulties, paving the way for the steady progress of the business today.
